While we may offer identity verification, reviews, and other safety features, we do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, or availability of any listing. Users and Hosts should exercise due diligence before finalizing bookings.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, theft, injury, or incidents that occur on or near any listed parking space. Users are responsible for checking that they are properly insured and comply with local regulations and road laws.
All payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store or manage payment credentials. Any issues regarding payment disputes should be raised directly with the provider.
Users and Hosts are responsible for ensuring that the use and rental of parking spaces comply with local zoning laws, leases, homeowner association rules, and legal restrictions. We accept no liability for violations.
